An Introduction to Tai Chi

Join us in the Walled Garden for an introduction to the Chinese martial art of Tai Chi.
Regular practice of Tai Chi improves confidence, health and well being. Just a few minutes a day will help reclaim your vitality and zest for life.
This beginner's programme is suitable for all ages. The event will be held outside in the Walled Garden if the weather permits.
The course will be run by Betty Sutherland of UK Tai Chi.
