How to find us
Major Roadworks on the A64 won’t get in the way of the perfect Christmas - Scampston is still open for business!
For those looking to make their festive pilgrimage to choose their locally grown tree - panic not, Scampston will still be open for Christmas tree sales from the 27th November despite some weekend road closures that will affect anyone coming from the Scarborough direction.
For all those arriving from the York/Malton direction on the A64, there is still access to Scampston even at weekends. Turn left onto Sands Lane in Rillington, the turning before the main entrance, and follow signs to the Walled Garden.
If you are travelling from the Scarborough direction Major roadworks on the A64 are scheduled from the 21st November with a section between Pine Tree Avenue in Rillington and the B1258 in West Knapton being closed on the weekends of the 26th/27th November, 3rd/4th December and 9th/12th December. Whilst a diversion will be in place, we would advise customers coming from the Scarborough direction to visit during the week so as to avoid the closures. To try and assist these customers we will be open until the later time of 4.30pm on weekdays.
You can buy our home grown Christmas trees as well as decorations, lights and wreathes from any one of our two retail outlets in North Yorkshire, where you will find ample parking space.
Season ticket holders will receive a 10% discount on their tree.
