Spectacular Spring!
wildlife club

On our first session, join us for a nature walk to spot signs of spring, forage for plants to make a spring tea and take part in games and crafts.

Itinerary

After meeting in the car park, we will head out for a walk in the parkland to spot signs of spring and collect materials needed to create some land art. We will then return to the new outdoor woodland education area for a campfire snack while sharing what we've found and seen. Finally, family groups will work together to create a nature mandala.

This session will complete 2/8 activities needed to earn the Wildlife Trust Hedgehog Award. Children will be given a record card and further information about the award.

Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

About Wildlife Club

Each session will offer a wider range of hands-on fun and adventurous environmental activities, as well as an opportunity for outdoor play, crafts and games.

The club is designed to offer its members the chance to experience nature first hand, try new and exciting challenges and learn 'outdoor' skills.

Children can also use Wildlife Club to earn credit towards the Wildlife Trusts Wild Award
