An Introduction to Watercolour with Kane Cunningham
9.30am - 4.30pm
£60pp per day, £120pp for both days
Join artist Kane Cunningham for one or two days and learn how to use watercolours to great effect
Day One

This course aims to highlight the beauty and simplicity of watercolour as a sketching and creative medium for the beginner or advanced artist.

Day Two

This is repeat of day one, however participants from the first day may wish to develop their skills and techniques with further tutor support. Kane will demonstrate extreme watercolour techniques for the adventurous and the brave!

Students are expected to have their own equipment, though these could be provided if required at an additional cost.

Materials required: Watercolour paper, (blocks or single sheets) easel, board, basic watercolours and brushes, water and a jar. We will be exploring the gardens and the greenhouses so warm clothing is advised.

Tutor: Kane Cunningham

Kane Cunningham is a landscape painter with 35 years of teaching experience. Based in Scarborough he was the course leader for the degree in Fine Art. He is highly experienced in teaching drawing and painting techniques to all levels, abilities and ages.
