Courses & Lectures

With thanks to support from the Heritage and Lottery Fund, and a wealth of talented craftspeople, artists, and leading experts, the Heritage & Learning Centre at Scampston Conservatory is pleased to host a full itinerary of events throughout the year.

Courses

Previous courses have been as varied as willow weaving, embroidery or even bush-craft survival skills! We work closely with a number of local and talented people to deliver a wide range of courses, allowing you to learn a new skill, or develop your hobby. Course vary in length, from half a day to two full days.

Lectures

The Heritage and Learning Centre is proud to host a number of high profile speakers with expertise in diverse fields. Lectures take place in the Conservatory after the gardens have closed, and tickets include refreshments.
