Halloween games, crafts & Spooky Story Walk

Come and join our mischievous Scampston witches for some Halloween activities on Friday 28th, Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th October!

Take part in ghoulish games, join in with some creepy craft sessions and try our "Monster" egg-rolling down the Mount. Each day will include two games & crafts sessions, followed by our Creepy Fun Story Walk around the grounds at 5pm (including marshmallow toasting around a campfire!).

Tickets are £2.00 extra per child and includes games, crafts and the creepy fun walk. Tickets can be purchased on the day or pre-booked in advance (under 'storytelling & games' category). Please note: usual entry fees apply.


Halloween Dingbat Trail

Join us at Scampston this Halloween for an adventurous Halloween-related ‘dingbat’ trail that will take you around the walled garden.

Can you solve our Halloween-related dingbats? A ‘dingbat’ is a type of puzzle where pictures, symbols or words represent words or well-known phrases.

Scampston’s Halloween dingbat trail offers an interactive and fun activity for all the family this October. Leading you on a quest with an activity sheet, you are tasked to solve all the spooky dingbats that are located at various points around the walled garden. Complete all the phrases to claim your prize! Children must be supervised by an adult. This trail is suitable for both adults and children!
